Defense & Ball Control Academy
Thursday, December 3, 2026 from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Stay ready, react quickly, and keep the play alive! This 90-minute academy puts athletes in a variety of defensive situations that challenge their ability to move efficiently, control difficult balls, and respond under pressure. Training will include digging, defensive footwork, reading the court, and maintaining control during unpredictable plays. A combination of high-repetition exercises, partner activities, and competitive drills will encourage athletes to sharpen their reactions, improve ball-handling skills, and become more reliable during fast-paced rallies.

Refunds are only given if requested 48 hours prior to the start of the event, camp, clinic, program or league. No credits or refunds will be issued once inside of the 48 hour window prior to the start of the camp/clinic/league. This helps us staff correctly for everything that we offer. Please do not sign up unless you are sure you can attend. Thank you for understanding that a youth non-profit can not afford to pay its staff members and issue refunds for individuals that request it less than 2 days from the start
