Transition & Attack

The ability to quickly transition from defense to offense is an important part of becoming a well-rounded volleyball player. This clinic challenges athletes to move efficiently from defensive positions into attacking opportunities while maintaining proper footwork, spacing, and timing. Players will work through realistic game situations that emphasize transitioning off the net, preparing for an approach, and making effective offensive plays. By connecting defensive movement with attacking execution, athletes will develop smoother transitions and a better understanding of their responsibilities during live rallies.

No credits or refunds will be issued once inside of the 48 hour window prior to the start of the camp/clinic/league. This helps us staff correctly for everything that we offer. Please do not sign up unless you are sure you can attend. Thank you for understanding that a youth non-profit can not afford to pay its staff members and issue refunds for individuals that request it less than 2 days from the start
