Serving & Serve Receive Workshop
Thursday, December 10, 2026 from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Two essential skills, one interactive workshop! This 90-minute session brings serving and serve receive together, giving athletes the opportunity to develop both sides of the game. Players will rotate through serving challenges, target-based activities, and live serve receive situations that emphasize accuracy, positioning, communication, and ball control. By practicing against a variety of serves and learning how to make adjustments in real time, athletes will gain valuable experience handling the first two phases of every rally. Expect plenty of repetitions, competitive challenges, and opportunities to put these skills into action!
