Want to be the best?
If you want to be the best, you have to train like the best athletes. Our athletes are now given the opportunity to train with PEAK Athletics. They are providing us with professional trianing and elite level coaching. Their certified staff are going to take our athletes through volleyball specific training to improve strength, speed, agility, mental toughness, and injury recovery.
When we play sports we always run the chance of an injury. However, a structured strength and conditioning program can help prevent serious injuries. Here is an article from the University of Florida:
What do we offer?

Groups of 10-15 athletes in each 30 minute session will focus on the development of speed, agility, quickness and power needed for every athlete to reach their greatest potential. Sessions will be scheduled throughout the evenings Monday-Thursday. Pricing options include 1x/week for $79 for the month or 2x/week for $139 for the month.
Class times will be right before or right before practice times. This way all of our practice slots have the ability to arrive early or stay right after their practice to train.
