About Our Coaches

As a staff, we will focus on consistency throughout the program.  We have a coaches manual that covers exactly what our coaches will teach.  This ensures that our 12's teams are learning the same skills as our 18's team.  This consistent approach helps keep our athletes on the right path throughout their development as a player.   

We follow a Master Coaching System.  This means we divide up some of our top coaches to be advisers and supervisors for different age groups. This allows us to work together to come up with effective practice plans and keep moving forward as a club.  

We encourage all of our staff to attend USAV coaching clinics to stay up to date with what is being used by our governing organization.  Our club director is CAP certified as well as several of our lead staff.  We relay this information learned from USAV to the entire club to help our athletes stay ahead on the court.

At East Coast Volleyball we remain committed to hiring the most qualified staff available.  We expect all of our staff to love the game and love what they do.  All of our staff are put through background screening and a safesport class supplied by USA Volleyball.  We are proud to have the best coaching staff in Eastern NC!
